BERG Supports PurpleStride 2017 in Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer
Employees, colleagues, family and friends of BERG will be participating in PurpleStride Boston 2017 to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research. This is BERG’s third year participating in the event, along with our Project SurvivalSM partners at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Project Survival’sSM mission is to discover and validate the first-ever clinical biomarker to diagnose and treat pancreatic cancer.
BERG is currently working with doctors in the Boston area to conduct a medical research study for individuals with advanced pancreatic cancer. The goal is to clinically evaluate an investigational treatment for pancreatic cancers unresponsive to previous chemotherapy regimens.
We encourage you to participate and for more information on the PurpleStride Boston 2017 walk and to donate please visit: PurpleStride Boston 2017 event page
