Mrs. Papazian-Madden is a high-impact and results-driven strategic senior human resources/talent acquisition expert with a notable career leading strategic corporate initiatives in traditional and matrix organizations. She thoroughly enjoys mentoring, coaching, team building, and working alongside others to make organizations stronger and happier.

Brenda has 25+ years of progressive experience in the healthcare, biotech/pharma, manufacturing, and technology industries. She has worked for a myriad of organizations such as: Commonwealth Care Alliance, Acusphere, Genetics Institute / Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, GE Ionics, Integrated Process Technologies, and IBM; as well as having her own HR Consulting and Recruiting Agency. Mrs. Papazian-Madden holds two Associate Degrees from Mass Bay Community College, a Certificate in HR from Bentley University, and a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University and is a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner.
