Stanley Tucci serves as BPGbio’s Senior Advisor of Patient Advocacy and Social Awareness. Tucci lost his wife of 14 years to breast cancer. In her battle with cancer, he experienced firsthand the frustrations of cancer treatment as an advocate for his wife. Tucci believes it is possible to find less toxic and more effective treatments for cancer. He is a strong advocate for informing patients about their own biology as well as presenting patients with all of their options for treatment. Stanley serves to keep BPGbio focused on the patient and to stay true to our mission.
